Wedding Bartender Service Estimate
The next section will share what to expect when receiving your estimate for wedding bar and beverage services.
First: Firstly, you will receive an emailed estimate based off of the information you provide. Such as the number of service hours, the number of guests, and whether or not a bar rental is needed. Additionally, your first wedding bartender estimate will include an itemized breakdown of additional services to choose from that may help your planning and your budget.
If the bar menu has yet to be decided on – no problem, we will help you along the way.

Second: Secondly, you will receive an estimate update with any additional services or rentals included or removed from the estimate.
Third: Thirdly, you will leave an initial non-refundable deposit (ranging from $75.00-$100.00) to reserve your wedding bartender on your chosen date. Then, as more information and planning comes together with the help of our staff, any changes to your wedding bartender service will be reflected in an updated estimate.
Last: Lastly, the remaining balance will be due upon completion of your wedding bartender services. We accept payments via debit/credit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
Suggested Shopping Quantities
Suggested Shopping Quantities: Once the bar menu is final, your wedding bartender will provide you with a shopping list along with quantity suggestions. Having an idea of the quantity of bar ingredients can help you to pick and choose how much or how little you would like to provide yourself.

Updating wedding bartender estimates help our clients to stay informed of all options to consider. Such as including the following: Bar rental, cups, water service, ice service, champagne toast, and more.
