How many bartenders do I need?
We generally suggest 1 bartender for every 50 guests. Depending on the bar menu, we may suggest a barback or second bartender with 75 guests and higher.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
Do you supply alcohol? How does this work?
Your bar staff will arrive with as much or as little as you decide is best for your event. We’ll provide you with the cost for us to bring the alcohol, along with a suggested quantity to purchase. From there, you can choose what works best for you and your budget. If you decide to have your bartender arrive with any bar ingredients, all leftovers are yours to keep!
My venue requires event insurance, are you covered?
Yes, at an additional cost. For events held at venues (and with companies) that require Host Liquor Liability coverage (also referred to as a C.O.I.), which allows for the naming of additional insured parties and covers a minimum “aggregate” and “per occurrence” dollar amount, the additional charge often ranges from $75.00 – $150.00 depending on the details of your event.
How does tipping work?
Bartenders may have a tip jar (if the host agrees) or clients can tip as they see fit via card, cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Event staff receive 100% of their tips!
