Wedding Bartender Service Estimate
The next section will share what to expect when receiving your estimate for wedding bar and beverage services.
First Contact: Firstly, you will receive an estimate via email based off of the information you provide. Such as the number of service hours and the need for a bar rental, as an example.
If the bar menu has yet to be decided on – no problem, we will help you decide.

Updated Estimate: Once the bar menu is complete (or an idea has come together) you will then receive an estimate update with the cost of bar service coupled with the cost of all bar ingredients you will need for the menu.
Suggested Shopping Quantities: Along with the cost of your bar staff arriving with all bar ingredients to complete the menu, you will also receive a shopping list with quantity suggestions. Having an idea of the quantity of bar ingredients can help you to pick and choose how much or how little bar ingredients you would like to provide yourself.
Updating Wedding Bartender Estimates
As more comes together you will be updated on all options you consider. Your final estimate will ultimately include the following: The cost of cups, water to stock the bar, ice for cocktail service as well as chilling, and any additional services that may be of interest.
From there you are able to pick and choose how much or how little you would like your bartender to arrive with, and one of our staff members will be available to assist you with any and all additional questions along the way.
